Fibrofolliculoma is a benign, perifollicular, connective tissue tumor, and it usually arises in the form of multiple lesions, but rarely as a solitary lesion. Follicular cysts are a type of benign ovarian cyst caused by normal hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle. Initial symptoms are conjunctival hyperemia, eyelid edema, photophobia, and lacrimation.
